The Troy Howlett Foundation exists to restore hope, dignity, and opportunity to the most vulnerable members of our community — those battling addiction, experiencing homelessness, leaving incarceration, surviving domestic violence and trafficking, struggling with mental health challenges, and veterans in crisis
When restoring relationships with family is possible, we help rebuild those bonds. And when it isn’t, we become the family — providing the love, support, belonging, and community every person deserves.
We meet people where they are — with food, safe shelter, clothing, and compassion — and we walk alongside them as they rebuild their lives through recovery support, mental health services, workforce readiness training, and a genuine community of care. We believe that every person, regardless of their past or their struggles, deserves a real chance to start over.
